Gotta say, after testing and playing with the betas over the last month, 6A did a really nice job with the new MT3.2. Requires a little shift in thinking from the old way of doing things. But a much better organization and a huge new feature set make upgrading a logical and very beneficial choice.

Kevin Lawver, member of the the W3C CSS working group, is asking for public input and feedback on the working draft for the Backgrounds and Borders module in CSS3.
